You may cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still reach out to us for assistance.
Payment
We accept various payment methods to cater to our customers' preferences. You can pay for your order using bKash mobile banking or Cash on Delivery (COD). We ensure that all payment transactions are processed securely and in compliance with the highest industry standards.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer reliable and efficient shipping services across Bangladesh. Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 1-2 business days, while deliveries outside Dhaka may take 3-5 business days. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred shipping method and the estimated delivery time will be provided.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing tracking information. You can also check your order status from your profile page if you have an account, or contact our customer support for real-time updates on your order.
Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will announce international shipping options when available.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with the return and exchange process. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Consumable and hygiene-sensitive items are generally not eligible for return unless they are proven defective or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away if there are any issues.

No, you can place an order as a guest by providing your shipping details at checkout. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, earn reward points, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
